New Short Story!

Well... I've done it. Again.

I've written a new short story.

I used to LOVE writing short stories. I used to write a story a day, literally.

It was how I learned to write and tell stories.

At this stage of my career, I've gotten away from the form as I focus more on writing novels.

But when lightning strikes, it strikes.

Over Snowmageddon, I wrote a 34-page story that ties into my most recent novel, The Mourning House.

I am really proud of it and hope to share good news about it soon.

That said, I'll be working on some new shorts in 2026. I have a few surprises coming this summer. News to come!
